Factory And Office
We have production facilities in Yogyakarta (central Java) and Tangerang (west Java), which specialize in each of the basic raw materials that we use for our production i.e. earthenware, wood, natural stone, natural fibers and rattan. These raw materials are crafted into a modern and stylish range of home furnishings, home décor items and lighting.
Our main office is located in our factory in Tangerang and we also have showrooms in both Tangerang and Yogyakarta.

Pricing
Prices are Ex factory with our standard packaging and marking for Full Container Load Order, price are FOB Semarang or FOB Tanjung Priok depending on the products.

Ordering Procedure / Terms of Trade
Our minimum order is 1x20ft container per order, but we accept trial order of US$ 5,000. Orders amounting below US$ 5,000 will have a 5% surcharge. We normally allow 60 working days for production.  Order will be commenced based on the confirmation of 30% down payment or by LC sales contract.

Sampling Policy
Sample transportation and delivery cost will be the responsibility of the buyer. Sample will be produced upon full payment received by our bank.  Other methods of sampling procedure can also be discussed.

Quality
For FCL Order we stand by the quality of our products and guarantee to replace or credit any item in the unlikely event that there has been a fault in the manufacture or in the packaging that has led to damage (in two weeks time after the unloading at destination port). The credit will be processed in the presentation of photos showing the faults and the list of the faulty item details such as code, color, and quantity. For LCL or consolidated container order, we will responsible until the goods are loaded into the truck. We will not be responsible for any mishandlings by courier's worker or field workers when loading into container or unloading which is not done in our factory area.
